By accessing or using the DaamDekho website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

DaamDekho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website.

DaamDekho is a price comparison platform that aggregates product pricing information from various online and offline retailers in Bangladesh. Our Service enables users to compare prices, track price history, set price alerts, and read product reviews.

DaamDekho does not sell products directly. When you click through to a merchant's website, you leave the DaamDekho platform and any subsequent transaction is between you and the respective merchant. DaamDekho is not a party to any purchase transaction and bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed.

Certain features of the Service, such as price alerts and wishlists, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. DaamDekho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on DaamDekho. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the Service.

DaamDekho makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the price information displayed on our platform is accurate and up-to-date. Our automated systems check and update prices from listed merchants multiple times daily.

However, prices are subject to change without notice by merchants, and there may be occasional discrepancies between the price shown on DaamDekho and the actual price on the merchant's website. DaamDekho does not guarantee the accuracy of any price information and strongly recommends verifying the final price on the merchant's website before completing a purchase.

If you notice a price discrepancy, we encourage you to report it using the 'Report Price' feature on the product page. We will investigate and correct any verified inaccuracies promptly.

DaamDekho partners with merchants through a cost-per-click (CPC) advertising model. Merchants pay DaamDekho a fee when users click through to their websites. This commercial relationship does not influence the order in which prices are displayed; prices are shown in ascending order by default.

DaamDekho verifies merchants through a standard onboarding process that includes business registration checks, but does not guarantee the reliability, quality of service, or trustworthiness of any listed merchant. Users should exercise their own judgment when purchasing from any merchant.

All content on the DaamDekho platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilations of data, is the property of DaamDekho or its content suppliers and is protected by Bangladesh and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission from DaamDekho. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Service content is permitted for your own shopping and comparison purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, DaamDekho and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

DaamDekho's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to DaamDekho, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

DaamDekho reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Service, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
